As an Executive Coach and seasoned HR professional with experience of working within global law, accounting, and asset management firms, I partner with organisations to supplement internal coaching skills and support for colleagues.
I partner with:
- Organisations who need coaching support for colleagues involved in or affected by career transitions, key projects or business change, for example, redundancy, parental leave or a significant role change.
- Leaders and people managers who need a confidential space for reflection, clarification or decision making, or tailored support as they deliver a strategy, project or business change initiative.
The Coaching Process
I offer tailored coaching programmes based on client needs. Typically, I work with clients over a programme of six 1 hour one-to-one sessions over 3 to 6 months, or one or two stand alone sessions to focus on a specific distinct issue or goal.
I support clients to set clear coaching goals. Based on these, I design a bespoke coaching programme that enables them to achieve the outcome they are looking for. I also partner with the organisation (typically the individual’s line manager or a member of their HR or People team), to understand the organisation’s expectations, what value looks like and my role in delivering this both for the individual and the organisation.
My virtual model makes me accessible to all clients and easy to fit in to their busy schedule.
