- –Hostinger: My website is hosted on Hostinger, which processes data securely on my behalf.
- –CookieYes: Manages cookie consent and stores consent records.
- –Google Analytics: Receives anonymised usage data when consent is granted.
- –Google Search Console: Receives data about how visitors find my site via Google Search, including search queries and page performance. No personal user data is shared.
- –I do not share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
6. Data Retention
Contact form submissions
- –If you become a client, your data will be retained for the duration of our professional relationship and in line with legal, International Coaching Federation accreditation and accounting obligations.
- –If you opt in to email marketing, your basic contact information will be retained until you withdraw your consent.
- –You may request deletion of your data at any time, even before the end of the retention period.
- –Retained for no longer than one year to allow for follow–up and business analysis.
Analytics data
- –Retained according to Google Analytics’ auto–delete settings (i.e. 14 months).
Consent records
- –Cookie consent: Stored by CookieYes for compliance purposes.
- –Contact form and marketing consent: Stored securely in our records for internal record–keeping only. You may withdraw consent at any time.
